Where is my order?

As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-7 business days to process the order as all of our items are handmade. This allows for us to deliver a high quality product you will surely love. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time.

Exchanges

You can most definitely receive an exchange! We understand that sometimes we order the wrong size or you might like another product better. Email us at support@jtimes3.com and tell us what product you will like in exchange for the product you have. Once we receive your product we will ship out the new product. Shipping cost would be your responsibility. (Exchange policy is 30 days from day of purchase)

Money Back Guaranteed

We have a 10-day Money Back Guaranteed policy! That means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for an item that is damaged or has a defect. To be eligible for the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
